Master-planed and developed a 230-acre mixed-use park along the Dulles Toll Road in Fairfax, VA for approximately 6 million square feet of improvements. Approximately 250,000 square feet of office was constructed in two project and included a joint- venture with The Van Metre Companies to rezone and construct approximately 500 townhouses. The balance of the property was sold to Tishman-Spyer.
